Summer Pilsner | 5.2%A crisp and bright summer pilsner that blends German tradition and brewing with newer, fruity hops and hop technology. Using historical summer brewing barley and traditional hops for a classic beer garden pilsner as a base, we then up the citrus notes with new-school German hops and tropical Calypso. The result is a beer best enjoyed in the sun on a patio, at a backyard BBQ, and most appropriately of all at Topaz Farm toasting a pint with Farmer Jim himself!

GHOST FOREST (2024)
Brett Saison | 5.0%The highly anticipated yearly mixed culture release of our "house" Brett Saison! Ghost Forest starts as a simple rustic saison that matures with our favorite wild yeast blend (and a special blend from a dear departed friend) for a year. Its dryness and drinkability belies a complexity that develops throughout the drinking experience. The big stone fruit notes and subtle farmhouse funk suggest pairing with a sharp cheese and rustic bread.

London Porter | 5.8%British-style Porter w/ notes of bakers chocolate and coffee. BEER ENGINE POUR.
ELEMENTAL NATURE
IPA | 6.3%This crisp and lean West Coast IPA features robust amounts of Nectaron, Galaxy, and Mosaic for big orange and stone fruit notes. Properly bitter to balance the juice and light enough for springtime patio sessions. COLLABORATION WITH WOLVES & PEOPLE FARMHOUSE BREWERY.
