LOW SUN LAGER

Texas Lager | 4.7%

This here is a beer for drinkin', not thinkin'. Low Sun Lager is a craft love letter to Lone Star Original, our favorite beer to drink in bars, beer gardens, and concerts in Texas. Brewed with American 6-row, corn, and rice syrup solids and gently hopped with PNW Mt. Hood hops. This "American Helles" is super clean, crisp, and nostalgic pint after pint.

A collaboration with Fort George Brewery, and a reunion for Jamie and Hudson from their days working together at Ex Novo! Featuring a lean malt bill of pilsner malts, this DDH West Coast IPA is a showcase of the Fort George selected Strata and Krush hops.

FOGBOW

Imperial IPA | 8.0%

A fogbow is about as rare as us making an IPA this strong. Dank with citrus and berry notes. This is an IPA for these damp, foggy days.

REVELRY IPA

Winter IPA | 6.8%


A special collaboration with Upright Brewing. Built around the traditional deep red hue and the iconic C-hop trio of Chinook, Cascade, and Centennial, our version keeps things true while bringing in a few modern twists. We used Gambrinus Mars Malt to hold the classic color but finish dry, then loaded the kettle and fermenter with Crosby Hops’ Deep Cut Cascade CGX NUVO—cryo-frozen fresh hop powder that delivers a concentrated burst of citrus and pine. Michigan-grown Mackinac, a Chinook offspring, adds a bright tropical layer on top of the bold bitterness.
